Heba Assad, an Arabic 22 year old girl with Down Syndrome, who is a third year student at the faculty of Media is a girl who has never given up in the face of adversity. Not only is she a Radio Presenter and Theatre Actress as well as being a student, but she has now become the first ever Down Syndrome flight attendant in the Arab region, as she boarded a special flight from Cairo to Khartoum, as in flight staff.
