Do you see my ‘dis’-ability?

I am able just like you

So many things that I can do

If you see me in your mind

you’ll find a reason to be unkind

Look at me through the lens of love

you’ll see I’m a blessing from above

I am able in a different way

but a special message I have to say

Please include me, don’t leave me out

don’t judge what you don’t know about

Take my hand, open your eyes

I am a real person, no disguise
